We collaborate with GLS to ensure smooth delivery directly to your door or your nearest pick-up point! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a message with a link so you can easily track your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Options:
Pick-up Point Delivery
Delivery to a nearby GLS ParcelShop for 29 DKK. Choose the most convenient location during checkout.
Home Delivery
Have your order delivered directly to your home address for 39 DKK – ideal if you prefer door-to-door delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free delivery to ParcelShop on all orders over 399 DKK.
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days. You can typically expect to receive your package within 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen carrier. Please note that during peak seasons, slight delays may occur. Specific delivery times for individual products will be stated in the product description.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel’s progress via GLS’s website.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel is ready for pickup or has been delivered to your home address.
Delivery Issues
If any issues occur with your delivery (e.g. incorrect address), we will contact you immediately to resolve the problem.
