Return Policy

At SKEN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, please follow our return procedure outlined below:

Right of Return
You have 365 days from the date of receipt to return unopened and unused products for a full refund of the product value.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used—unless the item is defective.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or refund.

We kindly ask that you send photos of the damaged or defective item as documentation.

How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service at info@sken.dk to notify us of your return.
Pack the product securely, including all original packaging.

⚠️ We do not accept packages sent without delivery or by cash on delivery (COD).

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We unfortunately do not offer direct exchanges, as many of our items are in limited stock.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the unwanted product at your own expense and placing a new order for the desired item.
We will refund the returned item as soon as we receive and approve it.
